1. Who we are and what these terms cover. CapabilityVision™ is operated by Veron Consulting Group, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your use of capabilityvision.com and the online courses ("Stages") sold on it. By creating an account or buying a Stage you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Your account. You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts and course access are for one person and may not be shared.

3. Access and license. When you buy a Stage, we give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access it for 180 days from the date you buy it or are enrolled. Access ends when the period ends unless we tell you otherwise in writing. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute or publish course content.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout, plus applicable sales tax, and are one-time payments. Payments are processed through Thinkific Payments. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

5. Refunds. All sales are final. No refunds after purchase. If an organization purchases under a signed agreement, the terms of that agreement apply in place of this section.

6. Certificates. If you complete a Stage and meet its completion requirements, we issue a certificate of completion. A certificate confirms that you completed the course. It is not a degree, license or accreditation, and we do not guarantee any employment or career outcome.

7. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or bypass security, no automated scraping, no sharing your access, no posting unlawful or abusive content, and no pretending to be someone else.

8. Our content. The courses, assessments, frameworks, text, graphics and the CapabilityVision™ name and marks belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a right to use them as described above and no other rights. Downloadable materials, such as the Practice Guides (PDFs) included with each Stage, are for your personal use and may not be shared, resold or posted.

9. Educational purpose. The courses are for professional development and general education. They are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

10. Disclaimers and limits. The site and courses are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not make warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a Stage is limited to the amount you paid for that Stage.

11. Suspension and ending access. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. If we do so for that reason, no refund is due.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version shown on the site, with its date, applies to purchases made after the update.

13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

14. Contact. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
