1. Who we are. CapabilityVision™ is operated by Veron Consulting Group, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through capabilityvision.com and our courses, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect.
- Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account or are enrolled by us.
- Learning activity: the courses you are enrolled in, your progress, assessment answers and scores, and certificates issued to you.
- Purchase details: what you bought, the amount, the date and billing details you enter at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Messages and forms: what you send us through the contact form on the Corporate page or by email, such as your name, email, organization and message.
- Technical data: device and browser type, IP address and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
3. How we use it. To create and run your account, deliver courses and issue certificates, process payments, answer your questions, send service emails (for example welcome, receipt and completion emails), keep the site secure, and improve the courses and site.
4. Who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Thinkific, the platform that hosts our site and courses and, through Thinkific Payments, processes payments;
- other service providers who help us run the site and email, under their own privacy terms;
- authorities or advisers when the law requires it or to protect our rights; and
- a successor, if our business is sold or reorganized.
5. Cookies. The site and Thinkific use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember settings and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may then not work.
6. How long we keep it. We keep account and learning records while your account is active and as long as needed to provide your certificate record, meet legal and tax obligations and resolve disputes.
7. Security. We use reasonable safeguards and rely on Thinkific's security for hosting. No online service is completely secure.
8. Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending optional emails, by writing to [email protected]. We may need to keep some records for legal reasons or to keep your certificate record.
9. Children. Our courses are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International visitors. Our site is operated from the United States, and information is processed there and where our service providers operate.
11. Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its date.
